Leadership Council's Committee Reports included the following: Black Tie, Co-op School, Covenant Funds/Celebration Garden, Finance, Human Development Fund, Staff Parish, Stewardship, Trustees, and Lay Member to Annual Conference


Program Council Committee Reports included the following: Care Team, Church in Society, Communications, Adult Education, Youth Education, Children Education, Membership, Worship, Arts, Special Events,and Kitchen Hospitality

NUMC Vision Issues--Living Out the Mission Statement in 2011 and Beyond presented by Eric Folkerth

1. Shift to making decisions on how we better meet the needs of visitors.

2. Program Council change- To talk about what is coming up in the future and brainstorming ideas

3. Church Survey asking about if your attendance is rising? Are your groups increasing? Northaven has been a transforming church for the past couple of years.

NUMC Vision Issues-Living out the Mission Statement in 2011 and Beyond Discussion presented by Betty Boyer

1. Task Force-Relationship with Conference
Mary Clair suggested that Shirley Cooper to be an advisor and to invite other churches and that Northaven be the led in this effort

2. Be intentional in our efforts

3. Outreach to other Methodist Churches

4. Participation with PRN (Parents Reconciling Network)
